What makes us different?

We started this company to service one property in particular - "Hypnotic"! This property is owned by our President Alvin Bryan Willis III. We critiqued our style of management in the foundation of our company, ensuring that each property we have is cared for as much as Mr. Al would expect, and exceeded his expectations.

Housekeeping & Linens

What a huge factor this is when it comes to short term rentals! That's why Al's wife Karen, who is experienced in cleaning rental properties and managing a housekeeping department, is our Chief Housekeeping Director. She adds a personalized touch to guest and owner stays, making 100% sure that every towel, wash cloth, sheet and dish towel are in perfect condition. All of our linens and towels at Pier 42 are white, hospitality grade. These items are stored by our Chief Housekeeping Director and inventory is inspected before and after going out to each property. Cleaners pick up their provisions, including our amenities supplied by SOJO and set up the property upon check-out. This takes the question out of the quality, the consistency, and our guest satisfaction. Owners have claimed that the linens are towels are excellent, and our guests have said the same.

Maintenance

Our on-staff maintenance team is prepared for any urgent task. If an owner or guest requires attention at the property for anything maintenance related, one of our team will be there promptly. No need to outsource maintenance needs, we'll handle it for you. If anything is deemed outside of our scope of work, we can assist you in providing local, vetted vendors to get the job done.

Every property is inspected prior to guest and owner arrival and promptly inspected upon departure. This ensures that damages are not missed, and owners are informed immediately of any issues. Our damage waiver takes the money you would spend on repairs out of the equation! Every guest is required to pay the mandatory damage protection waiver, which offers up to $3,000 worth of coverage.

24/7 Service

Our after-hours cell line allows owners and guests to reach out to us at any time. We are here for you, and take pride in our response time for both owners and guests.

Visibility

Owners on our program have the opportunity to list their property in more than one place - try FIVE! To owner preference, we have the opportunity to list your property on VRBO, AirBnb, Booking.com, Google Vacations, and of course, our direct booking site at pier42vacations.com.
